Write for real service coverage
Explain where and how you serve Canadian customers without claiming offices that do not exist. Include relevant delivery expectations and support hours. A location name inserted into a US page is not a meaningful local experience.
Separate language from geography
English and French content need reviewed translations and equivalent user journeys. A Canadian English page is not automatically a French-language page. Add hreflang only when valid, published language or regional equivalents actually exist.
Make pricing clear
Show an explicit currency code such as CAD or USD, not only a dollar sign. State whether the price is an estimate or an agreed quotation. Taxes, exchange rates and provider conversion fees need appropriate confirmation rather than a guessed conversion.
Minimize form data
Ask for information needed to respond and fulfill the project. Explain how contact details are used, avoid default marketing opt-in and define a retention process. Have an appropriate legal professional review privacy and commercial terms for your actual operations.
Build useful regional content
Prioritize one well-supported regional hub and the service pages that answer real Canadian customer questions. Publish city pages only when they add specific, truthful value. Measure enquiries and user feedback before expanding the location footprint.
