Original website design concept, not a client project

Begin with the approved names

Record the exact Arabic and English business names and the person responsible for checking them. Transliteration, translation and a legally registered name are different decisions. Resolve the intended wording before comparing visual directions.

Design across writing systems

Set a hierarchy that works for Arabic and English rather than scaling one version until it fits. Test letter connections, line breaks, numerals and the reading order. A competent Arabic reviewer should approve the final wording and artwork before printing.

Collect real production requirements

Ask suppliers for sign dimensions, materials, colour limits and required file formats. Keep design, fabrication and installation separate in the quotation. A website mockup does not prove that a sign can be produced exactly as shown.

Make currency and ownership explicit

Agree the contracting party, billing currency, revision stages and the rights in the final files. Do not assume local payment availability from a country label or use an unverified conversion as a price.

Keep a truthful project record

Save the approved brief, reviewer decisions and final deliverables. Client names, photographs and results should be published only with evidence and permission; private design drafts are not case studies.
